Very poor after fish kill, catfishing was getting very good as well as the Bass, now we are back to ground zero,

I must ask the committe what did we do to evaluate what happened, we really need to take water samples and see if we are wasting money by stocking fish when there may be nitrate contamination issue.  It is way too easy to blame on heat, the crappie was no where near as affected as north pond, and the south pond has been pretty dead for some time now

how do i post my poll answer?

Russ,
Stay tuned for the newsletter, which should be out soon.  We did have water sampling and fish sampling done this summer on the north lake.  Results showed that there is a higher than normal ammonia content, and lower than normal dissolved oxygen.  We will not be stocking that lake again until we get it resolved....
We lost a bunch of nice fish...
